sevenstories’ CBR-III Reviews’ #45 – 47: The Phantom Tollbooth, Buttercup Mash,

Three childrens/young adult novel reviews have just gone up:

#45 – The childrens classic, The PhantomTollbooth by Norton Juster, which I haven’t read since I was a child and loved remembering how awesome this book is. Seriously, read it.

#46 – A perfectly passable teenage comedy, Buttercup Mash by Joanna Nadin. One for fans of Louise Rennison – well written and funny at times but not one for the ages.

#47 – The TV series, Pretty Little Liars, is one of my guilty pleasures and this is my review of the fastpaced book it is based on. Consistently dramatic with a pile of caricatured characters which is appealing and enjoyable nonetheless.
